House Extensions, Loft Conversions, Refurbishment's & Alterations. We specialise in Period Renovation to include all forms of
Plaster Mouldings & Marble Work. Custom Made Joinery & Architectural Ironmongery Metalwork. UPVC Installations & Decorating
to a very high specification including specialised paint finishes. Inspection of work and references held.
Because we have a good
credit rating with most of the major builders merchants in the country and our financial standing is exceptionally good, there is
no risk that we would not be able to complete any works which we commenced.
We carry Employer's Liability Insurance with a limit
of indeminity of £10,000,000 & Public & Products Liability with a limit of indeminity of £5,000,000.
Design & Planning
service available, to include Planning Permission, Building Regulation Approval, Structural Calculations, NHBC & all relevant
statutory requirements.
Computer aided estimating make our prices extremely competitive and enables us to provide up to date
pricing for all building works and associated mechanical services. Our work covers an extensive area of approximately 100 miles from
Cambridge.
