Because we have a good credit rating with most of the major builders merchants in the country and our financial
standing is exceptionally good, there is no risk that we would not be able to complete any works which we commenced.
We carry
Employer's Liability Insurance with a limit of indeminity of £10,000,000 & Public & Products Liability with a limit of indeminity
of £5,000,000 and Professional Indemnity Insurance with a limit of indemnity of £100,000. This is to cover any CDP (contractors design
Portion) within the scope of the contract works.
Design & Planning service available, to include Planning Permission, Building
Regulation Approval, Structural Calculations, NHBC & all relevant statutory requirements.
Computer aided estimating make
our prices extremely competitive and enables us to provide up to date pricing for all building works and associated mechanical services.
