STEVE AVESTON (DIRECTOR)
Steve has worked in the building industry for 30 years acquiring diverse skills and valuable experience – including working on English Heritage projects and many listed buildings.
Spending several years as Estate Manager/Head Gardener at Rickling House, Quendon and Moynms Park, Birdbrook, developing the gardens, building new, restoring and maintaining existing buildings.
Before joining BBC Ltd. in 2006, Steve was self employed and worked on a variety of building projects - both large and small - around the south and east of England.
In addition to his building expertise, Steve has also attained qualifications in supervisory management, IT and horticulture.
A keen sportsman, Steve enjoys playing the occasional game of golf and bowls and is an active member of his village charity – The Bums - who raise money for local worthy causes. Steve has been married for 22 years and has two children – still at home!
